### Return and Exchange Terms

**1. Return and Exchange Policy:**

In order to ensure that every customer can enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience, we provide a 14-day unconditional return and exchange service. You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the goods. But please note that all returned and exchanged goods must meet the following conditions:

- **Goods are intact:** The returned bags must be in their original state, without scratches, wear or any man-made damage on the surface.

- **No impact on secondary sales:** The returned goods must not have signs of use and must be able to be resold.

- **Original packaging and labels are intact:** The original packaging, tags, labels, etc. of the goods must be intact and must not be damaged or removed.

- **Unwashed or modified:** The goods have not been washed or modified and are in a new and unused state.


**3. Return and Exchange Process:**

- You can submit a return or exchange request through our customer service email [[email protected]] within 14 days after receiving the product.

- Please provide the order number and product photos, and our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and relevant return or exchange process. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged as required when returning to prevent damage.


**4. Return and Exchange Shipping Fee:**

- If the return or exchange conditions are met, the return or exchange shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. We recommend that you choose a trackable mailing method to ensure the safe delivery of the package.

- If the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, we will bear the return or exchange shipping fee.


**5. Refund Processing:**

- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to the payment account you used at the time of purchase.

- Please note that the refund amount will be deducted from any shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange.


**6. Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted:**

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

- The product exceeds the 14-day return period.

- The product has obvious signs of use, scratches or damage.

- The label or packaging of the product is missing or damaged.

- The product has been cleaned or modified.
